On June 22, 2022, the CRADLE TO CRADLE NGO invites you to its summer reception at its Berlin office on Landsberger Allee. "After more than two years of digital events, we want to take the opportunity to welcome the C2C community to our LAB," says Tim Janßen, Executive Director of the C2C NGO.
On site at the C2C Head Office, Education Center and Real Lab, there is the opportunity to experience C2C at first hand and to learn more about Cradle to Cradle and the work of C2C-NGO. Brain of Materials AG has been a partner of CRADLE TO CRADLE NGO since the beginning of 2022. CEO and board member Hans Peter Schlegelmilch agrees with the view of Sören Bartol. The parliamentary state secretary in the German Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Construction recently took the following position at the C2C Summit: "Cradle to Cradle is an important building block for making our environment climate- and resource-friendly. In times of material shortages, it becomes especially obvious that we can no longer afford to throw away valuable materials and how important it is to recycle already used resources through a closed loop economy!" As part of its network partnership, Brain of Materials will create a digital twin of the facade of the C2C LAB in Berlin and digitally connect it with C2C-certified materials and its manufacturers. "This process will reach a growing level of maturity in different temporal stages or phases!" says HP Schlegelmilch. He will present a first preliminary version on the occasion of the summer reception on June 22, 2022 in Berlin.
